We have recently gained full planning permission for the replacement of a bunglow with large new dwelling at Talgarth Lane. The proposal includes the construction of a 5 bedroom home plus a detached garage block with a one-bedroom residential annexe above. We worked closely with the Council to maximise the development potential of the site whilst minimising any potential impacts on neighbouring properties and the surrounding area. We are currently preparing a detailed construction package, with the work due to start on site early in 2016.
